Mission

The American Council of the Blind of Texas strives to increase the independence, security, equality of opportunity, and to improve quality of life for all blind and visually impaired people.

How Your Donation Helps

The American Council of the Blind of Texas, Inc. (ACBT) was organized in Waco in 1978 as an affiliate of The American Council of the Blind (ACB). ACBT  works to be an advocacy organization and positive, proactive support system to Texans who are blind or visually impaired. Donate a car to help support the ACBT and help them make a difference for the blind and visually impaired.
