When a donation is pledged, the Vehicle Donation Processing Center, takes the donor information over the telephone, handles all the documents, vehicle pick up, sale at auction and distribution of proceeds to The Boy Scouts of America - Bay Area Council. The Vehicle Donation Processing Center guarantees payment of all expenses in administering the program for Boy Scouts of America - Bay Area Council. Every month, net proceeds are split evenly between the Vehicle Donation Processing Center and Boy Scouts of America - Bay Area Council.
