We are a Christian centered, international, 100% voluntary organization that does medical vision missions and provides free eye examinations, eyeglasses and medications and also provides for cataract surgeries. The foundation conducts its vision missions in the Philippines and has a 40 ft. mobile clinic to access the many islands without health care. The foundation's target population is the rural poor who do not have access to, nor financial resources for vision services.

When a donation is pledged, the Vehicle Donation Processing Center, takes the donor information over the telephone, handles all the documents, vehicle pick up, sale at auction and distribution of proceeds to The EyeCare WeCare Foundation Inc.. The Vehicle Donation Processing Center guarantees payment of all expenses in administering the program for EyeCare WeCare Foundation Inc.. Every month, net proceeds are split evenly between the Vehicle Donation Processing Center and EyeCare WeCare Foundation Inc..
