The Pennsylvania Council of the Blind is dedicated to promoting independence and opportunities for blind or vision impaired people through assistance, advocacy, and encouragement.

If you are a resident of Pennsylvania who would like to support The Pennsylvania Council of the Blind in its mission to enhance the quality of life for blind and visually impaired citizens of the state, consider donating your old car, truck, or other unwanted vehicle.

This is how it works: the gift of a car donation brings revenue to the charitable organization. The Vehicle Donation Processing Center will collect your car at no charge to you, and make all the arrangements for selling it. After administrative costs are deducted, half of the net proceeds are sent to the charity. Your gift helps a worthy cause, and you’ll qualify for a tax deduction as well.
