Nevada Council of the Blind
NCB, an affiliate of the American Council of the Blind, is a non-profit consumer advocacy organization dedicated to promoting independent living in a safe environment for blind and visually impaired people by improving education programs, rehabilitation services, social and economic opportunities, civil rights protection and environmental deficiencies for them.
